Kevin Torgalson started playing the bass guitar at the ripe old age
of 17, and not 3 years later he found himself in Winnipeg’s top
studio doing his first jingle session. Since then Kevin has played
and/or recorded with virtually everyone in the Winnipeg music scene.
From Soca to Sambas, Rock to Reggae, Jazz to Jingles and Hoe-downs
to Horas, Kevin regularly gigs in all styles of music. As well, he
has supplied the low end to such Canadian recording luminaries as
the incredible guitar legend Ellen Mcllwaine, Sue Medley, Canadian
Idol singer Keith MacPherson and Easily Amused, McMaster and James,
A Perfect Day, and Mark Reeves to name a few. Whether holding down a
groove or playing a melodic solo, Kevin is in his element.
